Two newly upgraded C-130H2 Hercules arrive, July 19, 2019, and are now assigned to the 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield, Ohio. These aircraft were recently upgraded at Dyess AFB, TX. and arrived with Electronic Propeller Control Systems (EPCS), ensuring they meet requirements for incorporating modular blade technology (NP2000), an upgrade that would give them eight bladed propellers.
