Gen. Carter F. Ham, commanding general of U.S. Africa Command, asks Sgt. Lynntro 'Roll Tide' Hayes about the corn bread offered on the Iwo Jima during his tour of the ship, April 16. Ham was on board with other U.S. and Moroccan dignitaries while the ship was off the coast of Morocco to participate in African Lion 2012. African Lion is an annually scheduled bilateral exercise between U.S. and Morocco designed to improve understanding and interoperability between the two nations.
