Emil “Batman” Conley from Lee Summit, Missouri, watches Airman 1st Class Jacob Adamson, Firefighter, 509th Civil Engineer Squadron, assist his brother Eli Conley put on a fire fighter suit during a Pilot for a Day tour on July 19, 2019, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. After putting on the suit, Eli went on to perform several fire-fighting drills, which included carrying a dummy to safety and climbing a four story tower. Emil has medulloblastoma, which is the most common malignant brain tumor for children, and accounts for about 20 percent of all childhood brain tumors.
