Sgt. Maj. Brian A. Priester, off-going sergeant major of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), speaks to family, friends and Marines he has served with over the years during the 13th MEU Post and Relief ceremony at Camp Pendleton, Calif. July 26, 2019. “The experience was continuously rewarding while I was at the 13th MEU,” Priester said. “The 13th MEU is the definition of ‘The tip of the spear’, hand selected professionals that were always ready at a moment’s notice.
