Staff Sgt. Eric Estes, Alpha Company, 448th Civil Affairs Battalion, catches his breath after completing the 5.2 mile-course during the mystery event. Soldiers from the 351st Civil Affairs Command came together at Camp Rilea, Ore., for the annual Best Warrior Competition, April 9 to 13. Astorga was the non-commissioned officer winner of this competition will represent the 351st at the higher command's best warrior competition held at Fort Bragg, N.C., in May. The 351st Civil Affairs Command is part of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne).
