Soldiers from the 351st Civil Affairs Command came together at Camp Rilea, Ore., for the annual Best Warrior Competition, April 9 to 13. The junior soldier and non-commissioned officer winners of this competition will represent the 351st at the higher command's Best Warrior competition held at Fort Bragg, N.C., in May. The 351st Civil Affairs Command is part of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne).
