Staff Sgt. John Astorga, Charlie Company, 425th Civil Affairs Battalion, plots out his points during the day land navigation portion of the 351st Civil Affairs Command's annual Best Warrior Competition, April 11 at Camp Rilea, Ore. Astorga was the non-commissioned officer winner of this competition and will represent the 351st at the higher command's Best Warrior competition held at Fort Bragg, N.C., in May. The 351st Civil Affairs Command is part of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne).
