    First Sgt. Jason Obersinner, Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 821 Troop Command Battalion, Oregon Army National Guard, assists a Vietnamese Army Soldier as he prepares to rappel from a tower during a Basic Rope Rescue Certification Training held July 15-19 at the Kalaeloa Urban Search and Rescue Training Area, Hawaii. Six Army Soldiers and four Airmen from the Oregon National Guard, who are urban emergency response experts, assisted in the training of Soldiers from Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines as well as participants from the Bangladesh Air Force and Fire Services Civil Defense. The Hawaii National Guard hosted the multi-national training event, dubbed "Combined Task Force 501."
