Charles J (Chip) Kacsur, the division chief, Financial Operations Division, at U.S. Army Security Assistance Command-New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, retired Aug. 6, 2019, after 40 years of federal service, including 30 years as a U.S. Army Finance Corps officer. Cliff Crivello, director of Resource Management, USASAC, presented Kacsur with the Superior Civilian Service Medal at a ceremony. The Superior Civilian Service Medal is the second highest award of the Department of the Army Honorary Awards for Department of the Army Employees.
