Brian Flanagan, assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 7, explains the different features of the of the Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Montgomery (LCS 8), to Royal Malaysian Navy Cmdr. Sugenderan Nagalan as part of the at-sea phase of Maritime Training Activity (MTA) Malaysia 2019.
