NSA described a Day of Accessibility in connecting with disabled job seekers, while other agencies have begun recruiting at colleges for future employees that know sign language. Steinhauer described the agencies ongoing challenge having responsive servicing of applications where accommodations based on technology, such as Bluetooth, are limited due to security requirements. The panel emphasized that security does not trump accessibility.
