Joint Force Headquarters - Pennsylvania National Guard

Pennsylvania National Guard Soldiers and Airmen assisted residents of U.S. Army Carlisle Barracks by supplying potable water Aug. 5 during the installation's water ban. The Soldiers and Airmen sanitized, filled, and delivered several M149 water trailers to the post. The trailers have 400-gallon stainless steel tanks and are used to supply water to Soldiers in the field or while in conditions where running water is limited or unavailable. They are also known as 'water buffaloes'. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Sgt. 1st Class Matthew Keeler)
