Staff Sgt. Ayomitunde Sogunro of the 126th Quartermaster Company holds the guidon of the 126th Supply and Services Company. The Quincy, Illinois-based 126th Supply and Services Company was the only Illinois National Guard unit deployed to Vietnam where it served from 1968 to 1969. The Quincy, Illinois-based "new" 126th Quartermaster Company was recently awarded the Lineage and Honors of the "old" 126th, including the unit's service in Vietnam.
