EMS personnel transfer an Ocracoke, North Carolina, resident who said he was experiencing chest pains from a Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk to an awaiting ambulance at Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City, Sept. 6, 2019. The Jayhawk aircrew medevaced the man after Hurricane Dorian made landfall in eastern North Carolina.
