190906-N-FV745-0041 SAN DIEGO (September 6, 2019) Sailors assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 1 prepare to depart from the launch ramp onboard their 25-foot Oswald-Class Tactical Craft to conduct a harbor security in and around San Diego Bay, on September 6th, 2019. CRS-1 is comprised of reserve and active-duty sailors, who work together to ensure operational efficiency and manning requirements. The Coastal Riverine Force is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset security, and maritime security operation in the coastal and inland waterways.
