Senior army leaders from across the Indo-Pacific prepare for the opening ceremony of the 11th Indo-Pacific Armies Chiefs Conference (IPACC XI), the 43rd Pacific Armies Management Seminar (IPAMS XLIII), and the 5th Senior Enlisted Leaders Forum (SELF V), Sept. 9 – 11, 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand.
IPACC/IPAMS/SELF are a series of Department of the Army and U.S. Army Pacific forums to build interpersonal relationships and foster multilateralism, dialogue, and cooperation for regional approaches to contemporary security challenges in the Indo-Pacific.
