Scott Woodward, commander of the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment at the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California, form a panel of military experts discussing trends related to the U.S. Army’s Combat Training Centers Sept. 11 here during the 2019 Maneuver Warfighter Conference at McGinnis-Wickam Hall. Hosted the Maneuver Center of Excellence, the conference runs Sept. 10-12 and brings together key military professionals to explore issues, ideas and trends related to the Army’s maneuver force.
