Gene Black, speaks with Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center’s (SMWDC) Integrated Air Missile Defense (IAMD) Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) students who train at CSCS’ AEGIS Training and Readiness Center (ATRC), co-located with CSCS, onboard Naval Support Facility Dahlgren. CSCS headquarters' staff oversees 14 learning sites and detachments located throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, Spain, and Japan.
