James Smith, 50th Space Wing commander, second from right, visited to the 23rd Space Operations Squadron for a familiarization tour at New Boston Air Force Station, New Hampshire, Sept. 11-12, 2019. Smith joined the squadron members for a hike to a World War II P-51D Mustang crash site during that time, the area was a bombing range.
