ANNAPOLIS, Md. (September 13, 2019) Adm. William Moran, and Vice Adm. Sean S. Buck, Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy review the brigade as they march in the second formal parade of the school year led by Midshipmen First Class Bill Rogers, Brigade Commander. The parade also marked the retirement of the former Vice Chief of Naval Operations Adm. William Moran after thirty-eight years of service. As the undergraduate college of our country's naval service, the Naval Academy prepares young men and women to become professional officers of competence, character, and compassion in the US.
