ANNAPOLIS, Md. (September 13, 2019) Midshipman flag bearer presents a flag to the former Vice Chief of Naval Operations Adm.William Moran. The United States Naval Academy hosted the retirement of Adm. Moran after thirty-eight years of service during the second formal parade of the school year. As the undergraduate college of our country's naval service, the Naval Academy prepares young men and women to become professional officers of competence, character, and compassion in the US.
