    U.S. Coast Guard Lt. Cmdr. Andrew Perodeau, commanding officer, Coast Guard Cutter Neah Bay, recalls his time stationed with Petty Officer 2nd Class Ricky Reese, Jr., during a memorial ceremony held in Kodiak, Alaska, on Sept. 24, 2019.

    Reese served aboard the Neah Bay in Cleveland, Ohio, from April 2017 to June 2019, before reporting to Kodiak.
