VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (Sept. 27, 2019) Capt. Kertreck V. Brooks, Naval Education and Training Professional Development Center commanding office, Rear Adm. John B. “Brad” Skillman, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Enterprise Support, Rear Adm. Jeff Hughes, Navy Personnel Command commander and Capt. Laura Scotty, MNCC Operations Center director cut the ribbon officially opening the MyNavy Career Center (MNCC) at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. A key addition to the MNCC network, the new center will increase the capacity of MNCC to provide Sailors and their families responsive human resources and education services support – 24/7 – addressing general inquiries and transaction service requests for pay, personnel, career management and education services.
