SAN DIEGO – (Oct. 1, 2019) The Joint Tactical Networking Center (JTNC) announced Initial Operational Capability (IOC) for the Tactical Communications Marketplace (TCM) on Oct. 1, giving registered DoD users a modernized approach to critical procurement decisions.
