Brooks Weber, both from the Army Reserve out of Hutchinson, Kansas, donned safety harnesses to participate in a training scenario during a Ropes Technician Course for Fort Riley and guest firefighters Sept. 26. The scenario called for the rescuers to save a bridge worker, portrayed by a manikin, hanging suspended by his safety harness from an unsafe bridge.
