Students of Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 03-20 get their khaki uniform inspected by Recruit Division Commanders at Officer Training Command (OTCN) in Newport, Rhode Island on Oct. 15, 2019. Candidates answer basic Naval and Marine Corps questions while being inspected. OCS develops civilians and fleet Sailors into newly commissioned officers morally, mentally, physically and imbue them with the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment in order to prepare graduates for service in the fleet as Naval officers.
