Tyler Lewis, a field artillery firefinder radar operator and Moore, Oklahoma, native, with 2nd Battalion, 3rd Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, displays his Expert Soldier Badge Oct. 15. Army Chief of Staff Gen. James C. McConville and Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael A. Grinston presented the badge to 11 recipients during the Eisenhower Luncheon at the Association of the U.S. Army's Annual Meeting and Exposition, Washington, D.C.
