Panama City, FL --Master-at-Arms 1st Class Tamon Winkler, is presented the Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal by Naval Support Activity Panama City commanding officer Cmdr. Kevin Christenson during an awards ceremony held Friday, Oct. 25, 2019. Winkler was recognized for his professional achievement in the superior performance of his duties while serving as a criminal investigator at Naval Base Guam from June 2016 to July 2019. Petty Officer Winkler conducted interviews, interrogations, and evidence collection in cases ranging from theft to narcotics distribution resulting in a 98 percent adjudication rate with three felony convictions.
