Panama City, FL -- Naval Support Activity Panama City received a Commander Navy Region Southeast Navy Community Service Award, Friday, Oct. 25, 2019 during an All Hands awards and training session. The installation was recognized as the region's medium-shore category winner for its Personal Excellence Partnership program for its affiliation with the Bay District Schools mentorship program.
