West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice and First Lady Cathy Justice, Maj. Gen. James Hoyer, West Virginia Adjutant General, and West Virginia State Superintendent Dr. Steven L. Paine present a ceremonial check to two West Virginia National Guard (WVNG) Future Leaders Program (FLP) students that will be used to help fund their program after a ceremony at Clay County High School Oct. 29, 2019. The WVNG FLP is designed to assist high schools in providing military and leadership-based curriculum, mentorship, and guidance to high school students that aid in character and leadership development, tailored to the needs and requests of participating schools in West Virginia.
