Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) hosted a Multicultural Day Celebration complete with guest speakers, music, dance, and more at Anchors Catering and Conference Center in San Diego, Oct. 22. Event highlights included speakers on behalf of black history, women’s equality, disability employment, veteran’s appreciation, Asian American-Pacific Islander heritage, Native American heritage, Hispanic heritage and LGBT history. Ms. Rose Schindler, Holocaust survivor, shared her moving testimony of survival as the Days of Remembrance guest speaker.
