Students of Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 04-20, at Officer Training Command (OTCN) in Newport, Rhode Island, render a salute to the inspecting Recruit Division Commander on Nov. 5, 2019. Candidates answer basic Naval and Marine Corps questions during the khaki uniform inspection. OCS develops civilians and fleet Sailors into newly commissioned officers morally, mentally, physically and imbue them with the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment in order to prepare graduates for service in the fleet as Naval officers.
