Matthew Gans, engineer officer aboard Coast Guard Cutter Stratton, inspects and adjusts a high pressure relief valve for the hydraulic starting system of the main gas turbine aboard Philippine Navy ship BRP Andres Bonifacio (PS 17), near Puerto Princesa, Philippines, Oct. 15, 2019.
