Grady Hill, commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Key West (SSN 722), addresses attendees during a change of command ceremony aboard Key West. During the ceremony, Cmdr. Michael McGuire relieved Cmdr. Grady Hill as the commanding officer of Key West.
