Fabian Kovac-Lembcke. Tiger TRIUMPH improves U.S.-Indian partnership, readiness and interoperability. It gives the U.S. Marine Corps and Indian forces the opportunity to work together, exchange knowledge and learn from each other on a range of military operations such as humanitarian assistance disaster relief and amphibious operations. Kovac-Lembcke is an assault amphibious vehicle crew chief with Combat Assault Company, 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, on a Unit Deployment Program to 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division and is a native of Reno, Nevada.
