Earlier this month, more than 30 Civil Engineer leaders met at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) for the annual Education & Training Review Committee (ETRC). The ETRC is a comprehensive review of CE learning opportunities to ensure that Air Force Civil Engineers are producing highly qualified Airmen Engineers to meet the demands of the Air Force’s dynamic mission. Through working groups and workshops, this in-depth process allowed CE leaders to evaluate the specific programs and courses used to train our Civil Engineers.
