    Matt Gormanous hold his 16-month old daughter Blaire Nov. 22, 2019, for the first time in 162 days in Alameda, California. Gormanous is a crewmember aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Stratton, which returned from a patrol in the Western Pacific. The crew of the Stratton deployed June 13, 2019, under the tactical control of the U.S. Navy's 7th Fleet, enforcing United Nations Security Council resolutions against North Korea.
