Recruits with November Company, 4th Recruit Training Battalion, learned basic break falls and shoulder roll techniques through the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., Dec. 4, 2019. MCMAP is designed to enhance the Marine Corps’ warfighting capabilities as an elite fighting force by providing combative skills for all Marines.
