A Soldier with the Royal Thai Army pins jump wings onto the chest of a Soldier with the Canadian Special Operations Regiment during Menton Week at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Dec. 10. The jump was one of several events during the week where 1st SFG (A) and partnered nation teams pay tribute to the storied partnerships of U.S. Special Forces. Menton Week is an annual week-long remembrance of the deactivation of the First Special Service Force during World War II. The FSSF is considered a predecessor to modern U.S. Army Special Forces.
