A display of ground-based armored vehicles is set up in downtown Cleveland’s Public Square June 11 for Marine Week Cleveland scheduled from, June 11-17. In addition to the 21 present-day vehicles, 16 Vietnam-era vehicles were staged throughout the area. More than 750 Marines will participate in Marine Week Cleveland. The city of Cleveland provided tremendous support to the Marines as they drove their vehicles through the streets, explained 1st Sgt. Ryan Legg, 1st sergeant with 4th Landing Support Battalion based in Vienna, Ohio. “Great cooperation from the city of Cleveland; the city of Cleveland has been very good to us,” he added.
