The sun rises on January 1, 2020 at Killesberg Park, located in Stuttgart, Germany. Dustin Johnson, U.S. Navy veteran and long-distance runner arrived shortly after sunrise to embark on a journey in which he would attempt to run to Berlin, Germany without stopping to rest. The expected time needed to complete this distance is six days and if successful, will qualify as a new Guinness World Record. Mr. Johnson is currently in the middle of a more than 16,000 mile quest to circumnavigate the globe which he began in May, 2019. (U.S. Army photo by Jason Daniel Johnston)
