The banner was created for permanent display use within U.S. Army Europe’s Mission Control Center. The design consists of an image of soldiers that was duplicated with various layers to create a monochromic skyline and vibrant foreground image. The purpose of doing so was to create a sense of contrast and separation being the colors in the image and those found in the “Strong Europe” text. The image was chosen because it depicts a sense of diversity and training. This graphic was designed using Adobe Photoshop on November 1, 2019 at Training Support Center- Wiesbaden, Clay Kaserne, Germany, and intended for display use by U.S. Army Europe.
