TOKYO, Japan –The documents of the U.S-Japan Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security are displayed at a reception ceremony commemorating the 60th anniversary of its signing. The treaty was signed by the governments of then U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, grandfather to the ceremony’s special guest Mary Jean Eisenhower, and then Japanese Prime Minister Nobusuke Kishi, grandfather of current Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
