Lt. Gen. Patricia Horoho, Army Surgeon General, met with former San Antonio city councilman Carroll Schubert and other civic leaders following the quarterly AUSA luncheon May 31st. Schubert serves on the city and county led Military Transformation Task Force comprised of political, civic and business leaders that evaluates community support for military operations in the greater San Antonio area.
