ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 24, 2020) Sailors assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) air department retrieve a fueling hose before fueling an EA-18G Growler, assigned to Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (VX) 23, on Ford's flight deck. Ford is currently conducting Aircraft Compatibility Testing to further test its Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch Systems (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
