ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 24, 2020) Aviation Machinist's Mate 3rd Class Azur Hodkiewycz, from Friendship, Wisconsin, assigned to the "Tridents" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 9, performs the daily inspection on an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter in USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) hangar bay. Ford is currently conducting Aircraft Compatibility Testing to further test its Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch Systems (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
