RED SEA (Jan. 17, 2020) - Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Chance Vaughan signals to the pilots of an MH-60 Sea Hawk helicopter during a flight quarters evolution aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64), Jan. 17, 2020.
