Col. James Schreffler, commander, 1107th Theater Aviation Sustainment Maitenenace Group (TASMG), provides opening comments before Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Senior Leader Training during a Safety Stand Down at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Jan. 31, 2020. Col. Schreffler emphasized the importance of working together to prevent incidents of sexual harassment and sexual assault. The 1107th Aviation Group, Missouri Army National Guard, is organized as a Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group (TASMG), and is deployed to Kuwait providing depot level maintenance to U.S. Army aircraft across the Middle East (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Cpt.
