The Coast Guard Cutter Willow (WLB-202) crew embarked a boater approximately 30 miles north of the Dominican Republic, Jan. 30, 2020. Dominican authorities reported a person in a 6-foot pedal boat adrift and the cutter Willow crew, with the help of a good Samaritan safely transferred the boater ashore to Puerto Rico.
