PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Jan. 29, 2020) The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) conducts a Joint Humanitarian Operations Course (JHOC) for chiefs and officers assigned to the FIRST Naval Construction Regiment (1NCR) at Port Hueneme. USAID will work alongside 1NCR during the Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2020 as part of the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) portion of the exercise.
